PRYOR TIGERS

Coach: NATHAN SMITH

2024-25 Record: 4-21

OUTLOOK

Head coach Nathan Smith is entering his fourth season at Pryor and this year could be a big step towards getting the program up to the standards coach Smith has for his team.

“We have our leading scorer and leading rebounder back from last year. Three sophomores played a lot of minutes as freshman. We look to have a lot of young guys step up this year. Played a lot of close games last year, that we are hoping to overcome this year,” coach Smith said.

Converting those close games into wins will only fuel this team moving forward. Braden Ward (6-2, Sr.) is a three-year starter who led the team in points, rebounds, assists and steals as a junior. Ward also plays quarterback for the football team. Ward will have some help from guys like Aidyn Vazquez (6-0, Sr.) at guard and Jackson Mavers (6-0, Sr.) at forward.

Other players to watch include Gage Lefrere (6-0, So.), Khalil Spurrier (6-0, So.), Brett Wiginton (6-2, So.), Jett Stephens (5-10, So.), Dax Thompson (6-0, So.), Rommel Nasayao (5-8, So.), Mason Cupp (6-4, So.), Camden Martin (6-4, So.), Kameron Earls (6-4, Jr.), Korban Livesay (6-4, Jr.), Jaxson Randleman (5-9, Jr.), Cooper Propst (5-11, Jr.), Robert Wilson (5-10, Jr.), Mason McAlvain (6-4, Jr.), Cade Atchley (6-0, So.), Mason Wiggins (6-0, Fr.), and Linkyn Caballero (6-2, Fr.).
